Please read carefully. By registering an account or using the h13 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and h13 ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the h13 website, mobile interface and all services offered through them — including Sports Betting, Casino, Slots, Live Casino, Esports markets and any other products made available on the platform.
By creating an account, logging in, or placing a bet or wager of any kind on h13, you are confirming that you have read these Terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, your only recourse is to not use the platform.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. Where any conflict exists between these documents, the Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.
h13 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, you will be notified through the platform. Continued use of h13 after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Account Registration
To use h13 you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including a valid mobile number or email address, your full name and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- Each individual may only hold one active h13 account. Opening or attempting to open additional accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other person, allow another person to use your account, or use another person's account for any purpose.
- h13 may, at its discretion, require additional information or documentation to verify your identity at registration or at any point thereafter. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions or closure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in, or that occurs as a result of your login credentials being used by any person.
If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact h13 customer support immediately. Your account can be temporarily frozen while the matter is investigated.
3. Eligibility
To register and use h13, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. h13 operates a strict minimum age policy and does not permit anyone under 18 to register or participate in any activity on the platform.
- You must be using the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. Use of h13 for commercial purposes, systematic or professional betting operations, or on behalf of any third party is not permitted.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion arrangement that would prohibit your use of betting or gaming services.
- You must not be currently excluded or banned from h13 or have a previously closed account that was terminated for breaching these Terms.
h13 takes age verification seriously and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be closed immediately. Deposits made to such an account will not be returned and any accumulated winnings
will be forfeited.
4. Deposits & Payments
All deposits at h13 are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, standard bank cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts or accounts belonging to another person are not permitted.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. These limits may differ by payment method.
- JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your h13 balance within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed. Bank transfer and card deposit timings may vary.
- h13 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — those are outside h13's control and are your responsibility to check.
- Deposits must be used for betting and gaming activity on the platform. Depositing funds with no intent to use them for platform activity, or depositing solely to exploit bonus offers, is not permitted.
All PKR amounts credited to your account reflect exactly what was received. h13 applies no currency conversion at any stage — your PKR balance is your real balance.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. h13 supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.
- Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification. This typically involves confirming your mobile number and, for larger amounts, providing a valid CNIC or equivalent identification document.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. These are shown on the Withdrawal page and may differ depending on your account status and the payment method selected.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus. Funds that have not met the applicable turnover requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
- h13 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending verification.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. h13 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Completing your identity verification before you make your first withdrawal request avoids unnecessary delays. It takes a few minutes and only needs to be done once.
6. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on h13, including Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and all other sports markets available on the platform.
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Your confirmed bet receipt shows the final accepted odds.
- Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In certain circumstances h13 may void a bet — for example if the event is cancelled, abandoned or if an obvious pricing error is identified.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and may differ by market, sport and event. h13 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where warranted.
- Live in-play betting is available on selected Cricket, PSL and other sports markets. In-play bets are subject to slight delay in acceptance. h13 may suspend live betting markets at any time at its discretion.
- If an event is abandoned or suspended before the outcome of a market can be determined, bets on that market will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific settlement rules for individual markets are available on the relevant event page.
- Any attempt to exploit errors in odds — including clearly mispriced markets — or to use prohibited betting patterns is a breach of these Terms and may result in bet voidance and account action.
- PSL and international Cricket markets are subject to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. h13 uses official results for settlement purposes and does not use third-party data sources for final settlement decisions.
7. Casino & Slots
The Casino, Slots and Live Casino sections of h13 are subject to the same general Terms and Conditions, with the following additional points specific to casino-type gaming.
- All Slot games and casino table games on h13 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform once a game round begins.
- Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual Slot titles are determined by the game provider and are displayed within each game's information panel. These are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
- Live Casino games are streamed in real time with live dealers. The same fair gaming standards apply. Technical disconnections during a live game round — if they occur on the player's side — do not entitle the player to a refund of the stake placed for that round.
- Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a confirmed technical fault affecting a game outcome, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.
- Certain game titles may be unavailable for play with active bonus funds. The games eligible for bonus wagering are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
h13 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and PSL-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual offer.
- Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. h13 reserves the right to withdraw or withhold any bonus offer from players who display patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: depositing solely to claim a bonus, systematic low-risk wagering to meet requirements, and collusion with other accounts.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement — for example, 20x the bonus amount — is stated in each offer's terms. Progress towards meeting wagering requirements is visible in your account.
- Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit specified for that offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending winnings will be removed from your account.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while Live Casino tables and certain bet types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
- h13 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-campaign, players who have already claimed and partially met the requirements will be given a reasonable time window to complete wagering.
Always check the specific terms of each promotion before claiming. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits vary between offers.
9. VIP Programme
h13 operates a VIP tier programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — that rewards consistent platform activity. Progression through VIP tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity over a defined period.
- VIP tier status and the associated benefits are reviewed periodically. h13 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits and the terms of the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice.
- VIP benefits — including enhanced withdrawal limits, priority support, VIP-exclusive promotions and improved odds on selected markets — are available while a player maintains qualifying tier status.
- VIP tier status may be reduced if activity falls below the required threshold during a review period. Tier changes are communicated through the platform.
- The VIP programme is for genuine active players. Any attempt to manipulate wagering figures to artificially inflate tier status — including collusion, matched betting using platform bonuses, or systematic low-risk play — is a breach of these Terms.
10. Player Conduct
Players are expected to use h13 in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:
- Any form of fraudulent activity — including the use of stolen payment methods, false identity information or unauthorised use of another person's account.
- Exploiting software errors, game glitches or incorrect odds pricing to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal manual player activity.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, shared bonus exploitation or any coordinated activity designed to circumvent platform rules.
- Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at h13 customer support staff or other platform users.
- Any activity that h13 reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, match fixing or any other unlawful conduct.
Where prohibited conduct is identified, h13 reserves the right to void affected bets and game rounds, withhold associated winnings, close the account and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
11. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h13 login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share these with any other person.
- Choose a strong, unique password for your h13 account. Avoid reusing passwords from other platforms or services.
- Enable two-factor authentication from your account settings. This adds an additional layer of security and is recommended for all players.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised — for example if you notice bets or transactions you did not make — contact h13 customer support immediately to report the issue and have your account secured.
- h13 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and do not respond.
h13 uses industry-standard security measures to protect player account data and payment information. While we maintain these protections, the security of your login credentials remains your responsibility.
12. Suspension & Account Closure
h13 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
- Failure to complete required identity verification within a specified timeframe.
- At the player's own request — including self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming settings.
- Where h13 is required to close an account by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held — including deposits not yet wagered — may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as player request or regulatory requirement), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are handled through the Responsible Gaming section and take effect immediately on confirmation.
13. Responsible Gaming
h13 is an entertainment platform for adults. Betting and casino gaming carry financial risk and the platform is designed for recreational use within personal budget limits that each player sets for themselves.
- Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly — can be set from your account settings. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before they take effect.
- Session time reminders can be activated to notify you after a chosen period of continuous play. These are advisory notifications and do not automatically end your session.
- Cooling-off periods allow you to pause your account for a chosen duration — from a few days to several weeks — without permanently closing it. During a cooling-off period, login is not possible.
- Self-exclusion is available for players who want to take a longer break from the platform. Self-exclusion can be requested through account settings or via customer support. It takes effect immediately and remains in place for the selected period.

14. Limitation of Liability
h13 provides the platform and its services on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available, accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.
- h13 is not liable for any losses arising from technical interruptions, network failures or connectivity issues that are outside the platform's direct control, including those caused by your internet service provider or mobile network.
- h13 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits from bets that could not be placed due to technical issues.
- h13's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident or claim is limited to the value of the bet or deposit directly affected by that incident.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits h13's liability for matters which cannot be excluded by applicable law.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device, browser and internet connection are suitable for using the h13 platform. h13 does not provide technical support for player-side connectivity or hardware issues.
15. Changes to These Terms
h13 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons including platform updates, new product launches, regulatory developments or corrections to existing terms.
- When material changes are made to these Terms, players will be notified via a platform notification or by email to the registered address on file. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
- Continued use of h13 following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account by contacting customer support.
- Minor clarifications, corrections to typographical errors and formatting changes may be made to these Terms without prior notice.
